Green Capital Network LLC (GCN) is currently managed by Member-Managers Milt Pace, Bill Kidd, Gary Norton and John Toth.

WILLIAM KIDD, President & CFO, is a registered financial planner with extensive background in finance and agri-business management. Bill presently provides financial services to Clients in the Fresno area. Bill manages all financial activities for GCN.

MILT PACE, V.P. Credit Development and Certification, is a Farmer and Ag Engineer. He presently manages his 1000 acre pistachio farm near Lost Hills, CA. Milt manages development of all types of environmental credits.

GARY NORTON, V.P. Renewable Energy Project Development,is a chemical engineer and President of Technical Engineering Associates (TEA). TEA is active in many areas of project development although their specialty is water quality regulations and solutions. Gary is working with PG&E and power contracts and regulators on dairy related issues.

JOHN TOTH, MS, MBA, USGBC LEED A.P., V.P. & COO is a seasoned Executive with over 25 years experience in Entrepreneurial, Corporate, Government & Academic Environments. John’s responsibilities include business operations, business planning and evaluating opportunities.
